This book was originally published in 1995 and had its 6th and final edition released in 2006. Out of publication since spring of 2008, Linda Brooks has re-edited the book with new photographs, research, and practical examples.
Linda states, "Originally inspired by life-changing health-restoring results from daily rebounding, and a desire to fill the gap for a concise, easy to follow book on how and why to rebound.
Book also includes a section on therapeutic rebounding which briefly addresses specific conditions. There is information for athletes, parents, seniors, and everyone else.
